30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.  That is the recommended physical activity for adults by the American Heart Association.

Physical activity is anything that makes you move your body and burn calories.  It includes activities such as sports, cycling, jogging, swimming and of course walking.  Walking might be the easiest to incorporate into our daily routine since it doesn’t require any special equipment or planning.  A quick 15-minute walk around the neighborhood or office twice a day will add up to 30 minutes.  Benefits include lowering the risk for heart attack and stroke.  When combined with a healthy diet, weight loss can be accomplished as well!  To mix it up, go for a 30-minute ride on your Mobo Cruiser every other day to keep things fresh.  After all, what’s more important than good health?
